Sales Specialist International (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Support of external sales team incl. internal interface function
  • Customer support via e-mail and telephone
  • Processing and coordination of customer inquiries
  • Preparation of offers by means of CRM system
  • Checking and processing of orders
  • Dunning

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Ideally professional experience in the internal sales department
  • Business fluent German
  • Fluent English
  • Other language(s) and interest in intercultural exchange are an advantage
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Pleasure in direct customer contact
  • Independent as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working
  • Reliability, team spirit and flexibility

  • What should I bring to this job?

    For the job of Sales Specialist International (m/f/d), foreign language skills (especially English) are a must. Other key skills are stress resistance, commitment, strong communication skills and customer orientation. In addition, you should have a very structured way of working in order to cope with the extensive range of tasks.

  • Is the job also something for career changers?

    Yes, there is no predefined training for this job. It doesn't matter whether you have completed your commercial training in a bank, insurance company or another company, it is important for us that you have a good understanding of the area of responsibility. We will teach you the necessary programs (ERP and CRM systems) and precise work processes.

  • How versatile is the position of Sales Specialist International (m/f/d)?

    Your new workplace is very versatile. In the internal sales team, you will be responsible for internal communication regarding offers and orders, among other things. In order to ensure that the associated processes run smoothly, you will frequently exchange information with other departments such as Research & Development, Production, Purchasing, Accounting, Logistics, but above all with the external sales team. You are in constant contact with our national and international sales managers. You are also the direct contact person for our customers and take care of contractual and accounting tasks according to the incoming orders. This includes, among other things, the creation of legal documents, the sending of invoices and ABs as well as the dunning process. This makes the job not only very versatile, but also exciting and challenging.
