Digital terminals in Spanish townhalls enhance service for citizens.

In town halls and citizens' offices, issuing, verifying and recording of international ID documents is part of the day-to-day operations. To optimize the service for citizens and to free up time for the municipal employees, DESKO and software provider DELTA INFORMATICA worked on a government project to implement digital self-service terminals in town halls in Barcelona, Spain.

In the terminals, our PENTA Scanner 4X Cube is integrated to capture the presented ID documents within seconds while the software by DELTA digitizes and verifies the read data in a fully automated process.

This solution simplifies work, ensures greater security and enables improved service.
